1. Conditions for Returns
- Time Frame: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please also note that gift cards are non-returnable.
2. Process for Initiating a Return
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email us at info@supdubai.ae with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Returning the Product: Items should be returned to the following address: G035 TechnoHub, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, Postal Code: 215674, United Arab Emirates. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Tracking Returns: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. Refunds
- Refund Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- Approval Process: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
4. Exchanges
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@supdubai.ae. We will arrange a replacement or refund for you.
- Exchange for Different Item: If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item (you will be refunded upon receipt of the item) and place a new order for the item you wish to purchase.

- Restocking Fee: There are no restocking fees charged for returning a product.
- Additional Costs: If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if we arrange the return shipping.
