Unwanted item/Not faulty

If you have changed your mind on your purchase, you have 15 days to return it.

Please make sure you respect the following criteria:

Products must be in the unused condition that you received them and in the original box and packaging If your return order adheres to the above criteria, please contact us and we will arrange collection for the items.

After goods have been received and inspected you will receive your refund minus a 5% restocking fee, shipping and import charges. From our end this may take around 7 days from the date of receiving the items. If you have not received your refund after 7 working days from refund confirmation please check with us.

Faulty Item

If an item is faulty please contact us and we will ensure it is covered by the warranty. Once confirmed we will arrange collection from you. After goods have been received and inspected you will receive a follow up from our team. Depending on each case, we may refund, repair, exchange or issue a credit note.

Wrong Item

If we have accidentally sent you the wrong item, please contact us.
