Orders are generally processed within 3 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. We will send you another notification when your order has shipped.
Most items are shipped for free. If free shipping is not possible we will notify you within 3 days of you placing your order.
Items are either delivered by our fulfillment partners or shipped by express courier and a tracking number will be provided.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. SUPDubai is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus shipping costs.
Please inspect your package before accepting it upon delivery. In the event that your package is damaged please notify the delivery person, take photos and request to file a claim with the carrier. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
